Check Filing Status

In this area, the user will be able to check the filing status of their tax forms.

The user will make a query, such as: "Form Number=T 4567" and "Month Filed=10/96". The server will respond with one of the following:

1. Not Found. The form number "T 4567" cannot be found. Please check the form number and resubmit your query.
   
   
2. Accepted. Form "T 4567", filed on 10/12/96, was received on 10/12/96 at 4:38PM. It was accepted by the state server on 10/14/96 at 1:27AM.
   
   
3. Being Processed. Form "T 4567", filed on 10/12/96, was received on 10/12/96 at 4:38PM. It was sent to the state server on 10/12/96 at 7:06PM.
   
   
4. Rejected. Form "T 4567", filed on 10/12/96, was received on 10/12/96 at 4:38PM. It was rejected by the state server on 10/14/96 at 1:27AM.
   Error Number: 45 RJL-981 Field 10b not filled. Please correct and resubmit this form.
